And I haven't even technically started.
Couponing. It is stressing me out, and I don't even get the newspaper yet! I am so overwhelmed by the whole prospect and how much time it's already consumed, that I don't think I can take much more.
Fabulessly Frugal, you're wearing me out.
I check reader a few times a day, and because there's always a GAZILLION new posts from you, I might have to break off this whole relationship. It's a little much.

I know where you are coming from. It can be exhausting. Here are a few tips:
1. Is Fabulously Frugal local? If not dump it like a hot cake and find one local. You'll get less posts that way.
2. Only check it on Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Those are the days most sales are announced with coupon matchups. The rest are good deals, but totally neccessary to succeed in couponing.
3. Get your newspaper STAT! Clip on Sunday nights no matter how tired you are and that way you will be ready for the week. Being organized is truly the key to couponing!
Good luck Deanna! It really isn't too bad once you get into a routine. You might also like to check out krazy coupon lady. She is national but a fave of mine and 100's of others. She is out of No. Idaho so a lot of the stuff should be relevant to you too!
Hence, why I haven't ever started couponing...I have enough stress in my life without adding more...LOL!! Good luck and keep us updated on how it goes!
Call me this week when you are available and I'll show you how I do mine. I really only spend maybe 2 hours getting my stuff ready. And I do that while I watch TV. Ha ha. Multi-tasking.
I'm not a master coupon-er, but here's my little bit. I use Krazy Coupon Lady so there's not as much to look at. I've specified items I'm interested in and the rest are just too big of a hassel- I look for discounts on diapers, deodorant, meat, milk, and cereal. Then I mostly ignore the rest because it is stuff I either don't use or might use but it takes so much work to use coupons with kids that it's not worth it (and the stores run out SO FAST).
Kari Jo, you should do a mini class for both of us!
