And a few more to go.
I love nap time. Especially when I'm tired and need a nap myself. But when I can't get comfy on the couch, I have to have my hands busy.
Here's a little project I started and finished during the boys' naptime...(Call us crazy, but we still insist on Taylor AND Tanner taking a nap every day. Sometimes Tanner get's off the hook, like once or twice a month, but both boys lay down on their beds for a good 1.5 - 2 hour nap. Some days are easier than others to get them to sleep, but they TOTALLY need their sleep, and recently, so do I. :) I will be very sad when the day comes that Tanner downright REFUSES to take a nap. I remember coming home and laying on the floor after Kindergarten to watch Sesame Street and falling asleep...those were the good ole' days...when we played so hard and had so much fun we didn't have time for trouble...usually.)
I debated and went back and forth between ties and velcro straps, and when it came right down to it, I was lazy and didn't want to sew through velcro, so they're tied...I guess I can always go back and change it...
I love stars...and so do the boys. I really liked this fabric and thought it would be fun to go with the already blue car seat the other two boys have used. (Funny, how each of my boys has been 'designated' a color; Tanner: Blue, Taylor: Green, and this little guy is probably going to get stuck with orange or something...)
I am so excited I got it done!
But I'd be even more excited if there was a little baby boy in the car seat.
Now, onto washing the floor, making a camera bag for my 'diaper-bag' camera so it can have a rest from being beat-up in my purse, and maybe the blessing outfit???

That is so stinkin cute. I really really want to know how to make that. It looks really easy but I'm sure its not as easy as it looks. Maybe when the baby gets here and you get settles in a couple months, you will have to show me. Good luck...hope he comes soon.
