We have some dear friends that moved to Washington a few years back. Each summer, they come back to Idaho and Utah to visit, and we were SO excited that we got to hang out with them!!!
Our oldest and youngest children were born within days of each other. I was her visiting teacher before either of us had kids, we moved into their apartment when they bought their house, and she pretty much raised Tanner for 4 months while I was student teaching and Ryan was working. We love the Waites, and cannot wait to see them again!
Here's just a 'few' pictures of the fun we had while they were down....Taken over the period of a week, and of course, they're out of order.

We used to get together as couples for game nights...
back when we each had only one kid...
and could all bring a pack and play to put kids to sleep....
with this wild crew, those 'bring your baby and a game' nights
are a thing of the past! |

Looking for fish or crawdads or SOMETHING at Rigby Lake.
Definitely a summer highlight! |
 |
| Tanner pretending to eat one of the many grass hoppers he and the kids had caught. Ewwe! |
 |
| Keetley and Aliyah at Rigby Lake. Born just a few days apart. |
 |
| Kortlen trying to decide if he wanted to go play in the water, or take a nap. |
 |
| All the ladies at Rigby Lake...fun times with fun friends! |
 |
And all the ladies at Twin Bridges. I think we were missing
some?? but it was fun to see those that could comel! |
 |
| Ryan and Keetley, getting ready to roast hot dog...which I forgot. Doh! |
 |
Tanner was playing so hard, he sweat like crazy, and somehow
ended up with a shoe print on his face?! LOL! |
 |
Shortly after the "mom? my tummy hurts. I think I ate too
many marshmallows." conversation |
Some day, I hope we can make the trip to the Pacific North West to see our friends. Meanwhile, we'll settle for "Waite Week"!
