Dental Emergency...for a two-year-old
Real quick, does anybody know of a good pediatric dentist...in Idaho Falls? I fear Tanner has a cavity...he has been complaining of his tooth hurting all night...it took me two hours to get him to sleep. This aching tooth would explain his rough nights (waking up multiple times, screaming out). He does have four molars coming in, but they've been peeking through for about a month. I don't know if he has popcorn kernal stuck, or if the up-coming teeth are hurting, but I am thinking maybe we need to get this checked out...I know, It's my own fault...he does eat a lot of candy and we aren't the best about brushing because it's such an ordeal, but NOW i am panicking...He's been moping saying "Owie" with his hand on his cheek...usually a kiss fixes owies, but not this one! I'm open to call anyone, but don't know where to start!

Randy Smith is GREAT with little kids. I like him, but he is seeming to get busier and busier and can have a long wait. He can usually fill a cavity without any shots which is wonderful for the little ones.
I take my girls over to the Family Dental Health Center on Woodruff, across from Winco. Everyone there has been great and really good with my kids. Their number is 529-0120. Good luck!
Thank you , thank you, thank you! He hasn't complained of it yet today, but we've had a lot going on...I am going to try and hold of until Thursday if I can, that's when we get our insurance through Ryan's work...I am holding my breath!!!

Sorry, don't know anyone in Idaho Falls. How is he doing? Hope it gets better soon.
That's rough to have a two year old with a tooth ache! About Thursday...Jeff called last night and said that he might be coming home Thursday afternoon. I guess they've cleared the roads out faster than they had scheduled. So, I'll know for sure when he calls tonight. If he isn't coming I'll get a hold of you and we can do something. If not, then we should do something next week because he'll be gone again M,T,W and part of TH.
I have a good friend who's hubby has just started up a practice....but he's in Rexburg. Let me know if you want a TRUE pedi-dentist.
We usually see Channing Way Dental. They're SO good with kids!
