Uggh! Here Goes Again.

I just posted a great blog...and something went horribly wrong. I don't know what happened, but lucky for you all, here's the gist of it.

I finished our Family Home Evening Board - long story - when I'm not so tired I'll tell you about it.

Tanner cracks me up. Sometimes I think I can't live with him, but mostly I don't know how I'd live without him. Yes, those are goldfish in his pocket. Another long story. Some other time, maybe.

Taylor is beautiful - he's patient, loving, and forgiving of a big brother who sits on him, and a mom who runs around like a chicken with its head cut off. Did I mention he's bright-eyed and bushy-tailed? Content to just be.

Ryan (sorry, no current pics of my hottie) is also patient and the best daddy and husband ever. I'm too tired to explain - but he buys me roses for no reason, picks-up the house while I'm out running errands, and is patient with me also. He's working hard at his FT job, and doing 9 credits for his Masters...this week is spring break and can you guess what WE'RE doing? Yes We. Writing Midterms. (I claim to just be proofing, clarifying, and giving ideas :) )
I'm up to the same ole' things: blogging. Scrapping. Organizing. Cooking. Washing. Folding. (Just finished "Eclipse" - Not bad - I just pictured it differently than the way it actually ended) etc., etc., etc., etc., etc....I don't feel the need to bore you any longer...you're a trooper if you've read this far!

P.S. I'm considering 'limiting access' to our family blog...if you would like to be included, please leave me a comment with an e-mail address if you're not sure I have it (friends and blog-surfers alike). You may also e-mail me if you don't want to leave a comment. I am not sure when I'll make the change...it's just something I've had on my mind a lot lately.

Can I just tell you that I know this blog was for ME!!! I have had an FHE board laying around since Thanksgiving just waiting for the perfect thing to hang the names from. I just couldn't figure out what to use, and I wanted something different than the old pegs. I LOVE yours!! (Are they cupboard pulls?) And if you go private count me in.

Okay - If I were as exhausted as I thought, I'd be in bed - I got the pulls from HomeDepot...I am pretty sure they were 98 cents ( I started with $2.98 hooks - luckily they were too big and I exchanged them for these)...I love them! THe ward had included horse-shoe nails in the 'kit' but those are every-day items to me, growing up on a ranch. I thought I'd dress up my board a bit and make it different from the other twenty-something boards that my fellow RS sisters made. I don't mean that derrogitory (sp?) - because the nails are super cute - i guess I just wanted to be different.

Cute board, I made 2 a couple of years ago for christmas presents. I haven't made me one yet, I like the pegs! I think you should go private, like me! I would rather not have my baby on the internet for everyone to see:) just a thought!

Glad to see that you changed the FHE board. I didn't like the nails either, but I wasn't in charge of that part. I also know that they were going for "cheap" so all could afford it. Love the ribbon to hang it with! If you decide to go private count me in. jubeejewels6@msn.com

Count me in, for sure, Deanna.

Goldfish, huh? very interesting. I bet the story is even MORE interesting.

And Eclipse. Weren't too thrilled with it? I personally like Twilight the best. I just finished Eclipse for the third time. I would have been satisfied with just Twilight. But the other two books are fun additions. And, for some reason, I just can't wait for Rising Dawn. (Is that the name?) Stoked about the movie this fall!

Your boys are all so darling. I'm so lucky I got a girl after James. I just don't know how you guys keep sane. James runs circles around me constantly!

And that Family Home Evening board looks real good. Good job. Maybe one of these days I'll get the gumption to make myself one.

Hey Deanna! I just love the goldfish in the pocket!! It totally sounds like something Andrew would do! I can really relate to how you were mentioning you can't live without him! It makes me smile because Andrew is such a handful but I can't imagine him any other way and wouldn't want him any other way! My sencond boy Nicolas is a laid back content little boy BUT his older brother is teaching him LOTS of new things...LOL but they are lots of fun and now finally getting along lots better where they actually can play without all the teasing and what not. Wow, lots of commenting from me! But I would love to keep reading your blog! It is actually nice to know that there is another mom out there that can relate to me. (if that makes sense?! two boys...) My e-mail is benandambersessions@yahoo.com. I don't know if you have access to my blog or not so if you want to read it, let me know what your e-mail is and I will send it to you!!! Have a great day! Amber Sessions

PS.Love the FHE board! It's cute, mine is similar but you put a lot more work into yours!!!!

Hey Deanna, I saw you on Sherydon's blog and thought I'd pop in and say Hi! Your boys are so cute. We have 2 boys as well.

Hi Deanna!
Thanks for posting on my blog! To change your papers on your blog: I have a link on my blog called "Blog Design Help". It literally walks you through every single detail letter-for-letter. I had come across several others, but they simply didn't spell it out for me enough. I "get it" now, but when I was first starting this whole thing, it was difficult for me. If you want me to help you, give me a call (I'd rather not leave my phone # here...maybe get it from Jackie Webb or Dan Messick). Good luck!

So, pretty much, my link to your blog hasn't been working, and I kept thinking...what is up with Deanna? She hasn't posted in a week! I am actually having the same type of problem with my blog...it will only show my old posts. Anyway...
1.Cute cute cute FHE board. Way cute. I need something like that. :)
2.Tanner...what a nut! These boys, I tell you! One minute they are driving me CRAZY, the next I can't get enough of them. (Partly because I have to rethink the reason why they are driving me crazy, and take a BIG breath!)
3.Taylor is getting so big! What a cutie!
4. You better keep me on your blog list! :)
