Alright - confession - I really liked Stephanie Meyer's Vampire books - I got into them, and liked the first one the best.
I'm not quite sure I'm 'digging' THE HOST. What do you think? I'm trying really hard to understand it - and like it - but I'm just not into it. Anyone else feel this way?

Okay. I had to agree, but just hand in there. Honestly, it FINALLY grabbed me about half-way through...if you're anything like me, you'll fall in love with Ian. He's fabulous, the way Edward is!
Are you on goodreads.com? I haven't read The Host yet, but I know some of my friends rated it pretty good on there. I think I'm gunna get the audio version so I can listen to it while I am cleaning or knitting :) I LOVED LOVED LOVED the Twilight series

Oh, and I'm making a special trip to Barnes & Noble Saturday to read the first chapter of Breaking Dawn out of the special edition Eclipse. Yeah, not going to buy the book, just read that first chapter of the next book. Is that bad?
Got it but haven't started it yet... I have already paid for my next Twilight book through B&N...should show up in my mailbox around August 2...
BTW...have you seen the series Moonlight on Friday nights? About a vampire and a really cute girl...the vamp is very HOT! Christy is in love! LOL!
