"Are you ready?"

Cue clinkity-dink music...you know the tune!

...There they Go, Go, Go, Go...on an adventure!
The Thingamajigger is up and away!

This year for costumes we went all out...and used what we already had!  All I can say is I'm glad I got another year out of those sleepers, because they were a lot of work two years ago...and because I was informed shortly before "show time" that next year "I want to be something really scary, like a bat." ...That's what he was last year...but okay!

So I'll wring one more year of juvenile brilliance out of you, my sons!  Bring on the silliness and laughter!

I love how the blue boas catch the slightest breeze and sway like Lorax Truffles.

The slightly big feet on Kortlen's sleeper drove.him.bonkers.
He'd try to walk and get really frustrated that they were getting
in the way of his fun!

I say, "be silly!" and they stick out the tongues
and look like monkeys.

Note to self:  Don't ever used Bud's garage door as a backdrop.  Lame.

Point!  Count on the neighbor's dog to spark the interest
 of two intrigued "Things"

Don't.touch.my.chair.TANNER!  WAAAAAAAAA!

That makeup stayed put for three.whole.hours.  Not because the cheap stuff was awesome,
but because Tanner  exhibited some self control and loved the attention he got as "Cat".

Ryan and I are going to be "Nick & Sally"... the version from "the Cat-in-the-Hat Knows A Lot About That" series...I am curious as to how we'll pull that one off?  Seeing that Nick & Sally always dress for the occasion and situation in which they're having adventures at the time, I think Ryan and I are safe to wear every-day clothes.  Neener-neener-neener!

Whatever- Bud's garage door turned out great. You should use it more often . . . especially since it's so far away!
