A Day in the Life of Tanner

So I have some darling pictures of Tannr, but Ryan 'borrowed' the cable from the tower to the camera - I've no clue where it's stashed, so pictures will have to wait. This one was taken last week. Not much has changed. (I did get the box of toys in the corner put away, though, and I finished Eclipse, sitting on the piano.)

"This morning whized by - watched "Bee Movie" while mommy got rid of her ancient sterio and took it to the car to go to the DI and then re-organized Taylor's dresser...She also did a few loads of laundry and put clean sheets on the beds. I played with MarbleWorks, Blocks, Taylor, with the dirty dishes in the sink, my potty stool, the basket of clean clothes, and on the piano. I danced to mommy's music and we read a book. Yus, just one, because I kept running off. Then we got ready to leave and run some errands.

After taking some things to the DI, we went to the bookstore for daddy (they're only opened from 9am to 4pm - what kind of messed up hours are those for people who have JOBS?!). We went to Hart's to get some double-sided tape for Stephanie's prom dress, then home for lunch. I had a peanutbutter and raspberry jam samwich with apple juice, and fell asleep on the computer chair...my favorite place to cuddle.

Three and a half hours later (yeah, time flew for mom, but I needed the sleep) I woke up and becasue mommy's piano students failed to show up, we decided to go to the park and PLAY! We had a blast! It is a new playground a few blocks away, and I ran straight for 45 minutes. I cried halfway home, but mommy just kept pushing me in the stroller, it was kindof cool, and I wanted my blanket, so we hurried!

For dinner we had grilled cheese and apples, not together of course, but on the same plate, and I ate all my dinner! Yeah for me! I was getting onery, so mommy made Taylor and me a warm bubble bath and we laughed and giggled and played for a while - until my toes turned like raisins. Then we got wrapped up in towels, smothered in yummy lotion and dressed in our jammies. Taylor nursed before falling asleep, and I've been laying quietly since 7:45 - it's now 9:20 and I'm still not asleep, but as long as I'm quiet and don't make a peep, mommy doesn't say anything. It's been a full day, and I'm tired. I just wish I could sleep!

Good Night!

That was such a cute entry!!! I loved it! It's kind of fun to think about what our kids do think about the things we do in a day! We should take our kids to the park together sometime! That would be a lot of fun!! Andrew could use a playmate!

I love the entry. You really need to take the whole entry and make a scrapbook page out of it with the pics you took!

I loved hearing from Tanner's view point. I should try that sometime. I think it would put things WAY more in perspective for me.
