Today has been a fabulous day. Really it has. I'm not complaining in the least bit, just 'journaling'. My mom always said we should write our feelings, not just events, so here is a sample of how I express my feelings, though you probably know by now if you've been reading awhile. :) Enjoy! I'm sure most if not all of you can relate!
We kicked the day off by attending our Stake Conference Adult session last night with our kids. We walked in, and promptly marched back to the Priesthood room where we knew the sound was piped in and the kids could scream all they wanted, because darn it all, we were going to sit through it! They did suprizingly well, and only had bouts of tears about 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time was spent nursing Taylor and feeding Tanner candy to keep his mouth quiet. Hm. What's wrong with this picture?
This morning we attended our Stake Conference (a regional conference) and spent only about 50% of our time actually listening, because we were either a: distracted by a whining boy who wanted to throw cheerios at surrounding listeners, or b: distracted by a crying boy who wanted more cheerios when his 'stash' was gone. Needless to say, the little boy was ours. I left to convienently nurse Taylor, and could hear Tanner in the background of the sound being piped into the mothers room...nice. Freedom, even if Taylor really isn't hungry (in my defense, he was crying, and I knew he would fall asleep if he ate). The other 50% of the time Taylor slept, and Tanner actually sat through moments, but only if he had something to keep him occupied. Glad that embarrassing moment is over until next Sunday!
On our nice-day walk this afternoon, Ryan informed me that the year is 1/3 over. that means we only have 2/3 of a year of church at 9:00 left before we either move or go back to 1:00. And frankly, moving isn't happening for awhile. We're stuck! It's a good thing we like it here!
All in all, there really aren't enough hearts to hold how much love I feel for these precious little boys, including my husband. He is wonderful to me, and is a real trooper. Even if I'm cranky and crabby, he does everything he can to cheer me up (dishes, diapers, walks with the boys, letting me blog, etc.). I'm glad he loves me that much!

Isn't church just SO much fun with kids? And I wasn't clear, are you dreading the new time for church or looking forward to it? I can't wait, then maybe I'll make it on time to hear who's been called to serve in primary. I honestly DON'T have a clue!
We TOTALLY LOVE church earlier in the day - that means we can have dinner with family, friends, take walks, etc. Sorry. WE like church at 9:00. Dreading the switch in January to 1:00.
